The minimum requirement is .NET framework 4.6.2.
It is included in Windows 10 1607 Anniversary Update (all editions) and above. You can also download the .NET framework from Microsoft's official site:
The installation package for .NET platform can be downloaded from this link.
To install the package, simply start the installer with the .exe file, and follow the instructions.
The package is also available in zip format.
